Our founder, Jeffrey W. Pike, started Complete Surveillance & Investigative Services, Inc. in 2003. Jeff has a thirty year career in law enforcement and the private sector. His law enforcement service spanned sixteen years in nineteen jurisdictions within the Commonwealth of Virginia and two other states. He has been employed as:

Over the course of his law enforcement career, Jeff has been declared an expert witness by nine judges in Virginia, West Virginia and Tennessee. Those expert categories include narcotics investigation, crash scene investigation, DUI, homicide investigation, evidence and crime scene procedure, police procedure and use of force. He served as an instructor at three law enforcement academies in Virginia.
